Beachway Per Ankh is a classic single level Florida Ranch House located on a spacious, private corner lot, that has been completely renovated with every modern amenity.
As a corner lot Beachway Per Ankh naturally captures that Florida sunshine wonderfully, in addition to providing you with the privacy that you cherish during your family vacation. Our six foot fencing will also enhance your family’s quality private time.
This is a great home for children and pets as it isn’t bordering a canal or waterway, yet very close to Pompano Beach’s Beach & Pier (left on Atlantic Avenue and straight down to the beach).
Beachway Per Ankh will provide you with an inground, child-fenced, private, heated pool and is only few minutes from the beach!
Our home is as it’s portrayed in the listing (pictures, map locations, guest reviews) and we’re confident that your stay with us will be a pleasant one.
Where Are We Located?:
Beachway Per Ankh is located in a safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood that is close to the beach. Our guests can walk it, bike it (we supply the bikes) or drive there (parking right in front of the beach). We are centrally located to a multitude of restaurants (including waterfront restaurants), shopping malls (indoor & outdoor), grocery stores, movie theatres, outdoor terraces & bars. Everything is a block or two to the right or to the left. The park is within walking distance from the home to where the Blimp takes off and lands. The Park also is dog friendly and has a park for our pampered pooches, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, bicycle trails, outdoor gyms, basketball courts, walking/running trails and much much more.
We Have Everything That You Need So Pack Light!:
Our goal is to simplify your family vacation to sunny Southern Florida!! So we invite you to pack light because we’ll provide you with everything that you will need from bath towels to beach supplies (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, sand toys, etc.) to children’s supplies. No need to concern yourselves with laundry supplies, shampoos, soaps or dishwasher detergent.
Beachway Per Ankh has everything you will need for your vacation, including but not limited to beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers with wheels, beach carts, towels, portable playpen (can be brought to the beach as well) and sand & pool toys. Our wish is for you to pack light, even when traveling with your baby & toddler. We have made every effort to supply you with all of the baby and toddler accessories to ensure that you’re comfortable at home as well as conveniently mobile with your child when you want to step out.
We will also supply everything that you need to consider our home as your home away from home: soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hair dryers, toilet paper, shower gels and body soaps.
Traveling With Your Baby or Toddler? We’ve Got You Covered:
Traveling with your toddler can be a hectic experience so we tried our best to make it as easy as possible for you. No need to travel with bulky baby supplies. Here is what we’ve equipped our house with:
Baby Monitor, Outlet Covers, BabyCrib, Stroller (with sun canopy), Pack N Play/Travel Crib (for inside the house, the backyard or even the beach), Car Seats (for toddlers as well as the car seat base to connect the stroller‘s baby seat), Children's Books & Toys, childcare recommendations also available.
Child security is important so our swimming pool has a surrounding child fence (can be opened to your preference) and our home is equipped with outlet covers and table corner guards.
And if there are any specific children’s accessories that you need, and that we do not have, then we know of a store near the house that will rent whatever you need by the day. They will deliver and pickup. We also may consider purchasing it ourselves since it will always come in handy to our future guests!
All you need to do is show up to a hassle free vacation and to enjoy a fabulous vacation at our home to enjoy the pool, beach and attractions in sunny Southern Florida!
Working Remotely? We’ve Got You Covered!:
Working remotely is facilitated with a computer workspace, a wireless printer and a 600 Mbps wireless internet connection. Your laptop on the table under the awning in the backyard, with an Espresso (we supply the Espresso Capsules), is also a very pleasant area to catch up on some quick emails :).
We also have an electronic charging base for an organized connection of your phones, iPads & E-readers. The cabling is ready for USB-C, Lightening and Micro USB connected devices. Laptop cables are not supplied.
Our Kitchen Facilities:
Beachway Per Ankh comes with a fully equipped kitchen with an Esspresso machine to begin your day the right way (including a supply of capsules), stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, blender, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, rice maker, plates, cups, wine glasses, beer mugs and childrens’ dinner wear.
Our Bedrooms:
Beachway Per Ankh has three very comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has it’s own, private bathroom (the Master Bathroom). The middle bedroom has a queen size bed this is also where the baby crib is located. The third bedroom has two twin beds Depending on preference the two twin beds can also be connected into one queen size bed. The sofa bed in the family room opens up to a king size bed. Each bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV.
Wall Mounted Smart TVs in Every Room:
The main TV in the family room is a smart 60” wall mounted TV and is also connected to a Virtual Really PS4. Each bedroom also has a wall mounted Smart TV. We’re subscribed to the premium Xfinity cable TV package.
Our Laundry Room:
We have a washer and dryer available for your convenience (including detergents and fabric softeners) as well as an iron and ironing board.
Our Backyard:
Our backyard is a pleasant, extremely private area, surrounded by 6 ft non see-through wood fencing. We have a retractable awning that is very convenient for those rainy days (or to shield yourself from the strong Florida sun). The backyard has a little jungle gym for the little ones.
A BBQ grill (along with its associated accessories) is available for your outdoor enjoyment. We don’t want you running around in search of replacing an empty propane tank so two extra full propane tanks will be located in the garage.
Our Swimming Pool:
The best way to cool off from the heat is a dip in the pool. It is maintained and cleaned for your enjoyement, so if you encounter any issues with cleanliness because of a windy or rainy day or if you notice anything specific then please let us know asap so that we can enable you to enjoy your pool time to the fullest.
Our swimming pool is a heated inground pool with a removable child fence.
Near the pool is an outdoor shower.
Travelling With Your Pet? We’ve Got You Covered:
We love our furry friends and are the proud parents of a beautiful Golden Retriever called Charlie. So please feel free to use Charlie’s dog cage for your own pooch. There’s a pet supply store one block away as well.
Your Security is Our Priority:
We take your security seriously. Our property includes a security system (code relayed to the front door lock), outdoor security cameras as well as a safe that is secured in place to store your valuables.
Fully Automated Home:
Beachway Per Ankh is a fully automated home. From the security system to the door locks. The security system can be automated to disarm when the front door code unlocks the door so no need to concern yourself with false alarms. The security panel has several panic buttons for easy two way communication (police, fire, ambulance). There’s also a doorbell camera for you to see who’s ringing at the door (video on the alarm panel).
The swimming pool is automated for heating and pool lighting. Pool heat is maintained at 85 degrees and the pool lights turn on automatically at sunset.
The exterior house lights turn on at sunset as well and turn off at sunrise.
The thermostat is adjusted to your individual requested comfort level for the air conditioning.
Virtual Concierge Services:
Take advantage of our Virtual Concierge Services to send messages to your host. Just about any question that you may have about our home, our neighborhood and local tourist attractions will be answered by our Virtual Concierge.
Electronic Guest Book:
Our electronic guest book is a great tool to keep on your phone and will guide you on everything from how to use everything in the house (remotes, A/C, appliances), as well as valuable neighbourhood information such as local maps, our neighborhood restaurant suggestions, our grocery store suggestions, the best shopping malls in the area, where to find the best beaches near our home, tourist attractions, activity suggested with contact details, safety information and much, much more. Pictures and video instructions are also worth a million words.
Having our guest book at your finger tips will act, simultaneously, as your electronic property manager and tour guide. Our intimiate knowledge of our neighbourhood will be accessible to you via this very useful tool.

About the Owner
Hi we're a family that’s originally from Montreal that visited Pompano Beach on vacation about a decade ago and absolutely fell in love with the city. After our trip we were intrigued enough to think about purchasing a condo but after several months of searching and visiting various options we finally found the “perfect house”. Nothing beats the feeling of having the space (indoors and outdoors) that you need for your family and with three children, two parents and grandparents our family certainly needed the space :). Traveling with your young family will provide you with many valuable memories but it does come with certain challenges. We’ve experienced some of these hurdles. A vacation home is so much more convenient, affordable and pleasant than being cooped up in a small hotel room (or two or three if you’re a larger family). After a long day at the beach or sightseeing, we were grateful to come back to a home where the children can swim and play in the backyard while we barbecue, watch TV and catch our breaths. And eating out, or ordering room service, for six, three times a day is expensive! We’ve equipped our home with everything that we wished for it to have for our own family. This home isn’t an investment. It’s a house that we love. So you’ll find all of the creature comforts that you would like to have in your own home. After several years we haven’t regretted our decision one bit. We absolutely love our home in Pompano Beach. The Intracoastal Waterways make us feel like we’re in the “Venice of North America”. To this day we’re amazed at the beautiful sites, the beautiful beaches, and the beautiful boats lazily floating down the ICW right in front of our eyes as we’re strolling along. We spared no expense or effort to equip our home so that it can be your home away from home during your time as our guests.
Our home is a classical Florida ranch house. An old style ranch house that has been completely renovated with every modern amenity and looking better than the day it was built.
We’re conveniently located. Anything that you may want is usually a block or two to three left or to the right. You can bike, walk or bring your car to the beach. The beach parking is, literally, in front of the beach and that’s helpful with the beach supplies (which we provide as an added measure of convenience).
You have many options with your vacation rental searches but we are sure that you will be very pleased with our home. We’re extremely proud of our guest reviews. A good review indicates a job well done.
